Unser Club-Pubabend findet im Steirerpub statt und l\u00e4uft eigentlich wie gew\u00f6hnlich ab. Etwa 10 Teilnehmer genie\u00dfen Burger, Black-Toast und scharfe Hauskrainer, dazu flie\u00dft etwas Guinness. Irgendetwas muss dann aber passiert sein, denn weit nach Mitternacht sind die meisten noch immer da und begr\u00fc\u00dfen St.Patrick mit etwas Whisky.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dann der 17.M\u00e4rz &#8211; offizieller St.Patricks Tag. Nachmittags wird nach einem alten Rezept ein Irish Beef Stew zubereitet. Eine der Geheimzutaten ist Guinness, und das nicht zu knapp. Mit etwas dunkler Schokolade und kleingew\u00fcrfelten Pflaumen wird dem Stew die eventuell entstandene Bitterkeit genommen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"768\" height=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/islaywhiskychapter.at\/wp-content\/uploads\/PD-Welcome-768x1024.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5433\" srcset=\"https:\/\/islaywhiskychapter.at\/wp-content\/uploads\/PD-Welcome-768x1024.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/islaywhiskychapter.at\/wp-content\/uploads\/PD-Welcome-225x300.jpeg 225w, https:\/\/islaywhiskychapter.at\/wp-content\/uploads\/PD-Welcome-1152x1536.jpeg 1152w, https:\/\/islaywhiskychapter.at\/wp-content\/uploads\/PD-Welcome.jpeg 1536w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 768px) 100vw, 768px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00fcr etwa 15 Mitglieder, die sich ohne auf das Datum vorab zu achten, an diesem Tag zu einer Verkostung toskanischer Weine angemeldet hatten, beginnt der Abend bereits um 18:00 mit einem Glas Rose. Einige leichte, mittlere und schwerere Rotweine sp\u00e4ter pilgern alle nach ROSEHILL, wo bereits das Stew vor sich hin k\u00f6chelt.
