Es handelt sich um die dritte Auflage des 100% Islay. Hier stammt auch die Gerste aus eigener Produktion, also quasi ums Eck. Es wurden first-fill Bourbon F\u00e4sser mit 4 und 5 Jahren gemischt und das Ergebnis kommt als limitierte Auflage auf den Markt, wird aber mit 10.000 Flaschen jedermann erreichen, der so einen Single Malt haben m\u00f6chte: In der Nase zart und blumig mit frischen Fruchtnoten, erg\u00e4nzt mit etwas Rauch und langem, etwas s\u00fc\u00dfem Finish. Achtung: dies ist keine Torfbombe und hat etwa 20ppm Phenolgehalt, also deutlich weniger als die \u00fcblichen Kilchoman Abf\u00fcllungen, die ja bis zu 50ppm mitbringen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Wir werden ein kleines Kontigent vorbestellen und hoffen bis zum Sommerfest am 20.Juli, die Abf\u00fcllungen schon in H\u00e4nden zu halten.
